Submit a Complaint or Service Request

As an installer, you can submit a complaint for suspected product defects here. The product must always be reported to Skårebo’s Technical Support before any troubleshooting or other actions are performed by an electrician.

IMPORTANT!
Troubleshooting, actions, and repairs carried out to address defects will only be reimbursed if they have been agreed upon and approved in advance by Skårebo’s Technical Support.
Therefore, always contact Skårebo’s Technical Support in case of suspected product defects before taking any other action.

 

Required Information for Complaints

When submitting a complaint, the following information (at minimum) must be provided to Skårebo’s Technical Support:

  • Error description in text form, with accompanying images, car model, main circuit breaker size, and circuit protection size (if possible), as well as an assessment of whether other products may also be affected.

  • Serial number

  • Contact information for the electrician and the end user.

  • Address for any replacement delivery.

Any defective product must be returned to Skårebo Energi AB. Skårebo Energi AB will provide a return shipping label.
