As an installer, you can submit a complaint for suspected product defects here. The product must always be reported to Skårebo’s Technical Support before any troubleshooting or other actions are performed by an electrician.

Troubleshooting, actions, and repairs carried out to address defects will only be reimbursed if they have been agreed upon and approved in advance by Skårebo’s Technical Support.
Therefore, always contact Skårebo’s Technical Support in case of suspected product defects before taking any other action.
