Connectivity and performance

The OTD144 combines LTE Cat 4 mobile broadband with built-in 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi to provide stable internet access where fixed connections are lacking. Two mini-SIM slots enable automatic switching between operators to maintain service, and LTE speeds of up to 150 Mbps down and 50 Mbps up suit typical outdoor backhaul and POS solutions. Two internal antennas with up to 4.5 dBi gain make the device discreet while providing stable wireless links. Two Ethernet ports, one of which can provide PoE power to connected devices, make it easy to add cameras or access points without additional power supply.

Management and Security

Management is done locally with RutOS and via web interface, and the router integrates with Teltonika Remote Management System for remote provisioning and monitoring. It supports TR-069 and SNMP for integration into existing management workflows. Built-in security features include firewall, NAT, IP filtering, VPN support (OpenVPN, IPsec), and standard network protocols to protect traffic and enable secure remote access to devices at the edge of the network.

Deployment and Reliability

Designed for outdoor use, the OTD144 offers IP55 protection, a pole or flat surface mounting bracket, and a temperature range of -40 to 75°C to withstand harsh environments. Its plastic (PC+ASA) housing and compact dimensions make it easy to install in tight or visible locations. Low typical power consumption and PoE operation reduce infrastructure requirements and ongoing maintenance, allowing you to keep distributed sites connected with minimal on-site effort.
