New smart features in our order portal – easier, faster, and more personalized for you!
At Skårebo Energi, we continuously improve our order portal to make your daily work easier. Our goal is to help you place orders quickly, track them easily, and find the information you need – all in one place. We’re now launching several new features that make the portal even more user-friendly and efficient.
New search function in order history
Many customers have requested the ability to search order history – and it’s finally here!
Under “My Account” → “My Orders”, you can now search for past orders by:
- Order number
- Invoice reference
- Customer reference
You can also filter by specific date ranges – perfect for quickly finding a previous order or checking a delivery.
This makes it much easier to follow up on orders, manage invoices, and keep track of your purchasing history.

Link delivery addresses to specific users
For companies with multiple users under the same account, managing delivery addresses is now simpler than ever. An account administrator can now link a specific user to a default delivery address. When that user logs in and proceeds to checkout, the correct address is automatically pre-filled – no need to scroll through long lists or type in addresses manually.
This saves time and reduces the risk of errors – especially for businesses with multiple delivery locations.

Favorites – quick access to your most ordered products
Did you know you can mark your favorite products for easy access? Simply click the heart icon on a product image to add it to your favorites. You can access your saved favorites by clicking the Favorites icon in the upper right corner (on desktop), or via the menu in mobile view.
This feature makes it easier than ever to reorder frequently purchased products.
